Newsletter for Sept. - Dec. 2006
St Edmund Campion School hosted 2 cluster festivals this term in High 5 and Year 2 tennis. The basketball tournament was unfortunately cancelled as only St. Anne's entered. However they did take their 2 teams to the Lord Lawson cluster tournament which they went on to win. Congratulations to them!
The High 5 Netball tournament was fiercely contested by St Peter's and St John's and as this ended in a draw a replay was arranged which St Peter's went on to win and then represented our cluster in the final where they did very well.
Only St Peter's came to play in the year 2 Tennis Festival so they played each other at singles. All received certificates and chocolate bars. This was a disappointing entry as the festival was run at the PLT's request. Thank you St Peter's.
